Our support personnel is available 9 am to 5 pm EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) to provide rapid response to your users via our 800 number. Should advanced technical support issues arise, your members will even have access to one of the developers of our solution. Our support personnel are not only trained in using our system, they are also all researchers and understand many of the issues that are met by commercial real estate practitioners. In addition to telephone support, our email support system allows for the most rapid response from our team of support personnel.
